We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician/Installer HVAC Service Technician/Installer is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of various HVAC equipment. This role involves working independently or as part of a team, & delivering optimal comfort and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Utilize diagnostic tools, gauges, and meters to identify equipment malfunctions, refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and airflow problems. Documentation & Communication: Prepare detailed service reports, documenting work performed, parts used, and equipment condition. Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and internal support teams regarding job status, recommended repairs, and service outcomes. Qualifications: Drivers License Required Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Residential & Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair. Technical Skills:Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams. Ability to handle physical workload A self-sufficient person with problem-solving skills, manage time to get jobs done efficiently but takes pride in making sure things are done correctly. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment water source heat pumps, rooftop/packaged units, coils, compressors, pumps, air handlers, heating equipment, fan coils, heat exchangers, mini split systems. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and local codes. System Assessments & Troubleshooting:Inspect/Diagnose and perform equipment repairs and replacements "Upsell" on repair calls ( with the customer's best interest in mind ) Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests We take pride in providing excellent customer service rating Five-Stars on yelp and would like any employee to ensure quality work.
