We are looking for an experienced project manager who understands construction budgets, job costing, estimation, and safety compliance within residential construction. Operating throughout San Diego county from south to north county. What you’ll do: -Complete inspections and estimates -Manage residential and commercial remodels and maintenance jobs from start to finish - Prepare and maintain project schedules, estimates, change orders, budgets, materials, and subcontractor agreements. ****Must know material costs**** - Monitor jobsite progress and perform regular site visits; lead project meetings and client updates. -Coordinate and manage subcontractors and our field crew - Schedules will be coordinated between our scheduler, tenants, and clients -Keep projects on time, on budget, and maintain quality workmanship -Communicate with clients and ensure they have a seamless experience -Walk jobsites regularly and meet deadlines for estimates and job completion -Order materials and ensure jobsite delivery and returns What we’re looking for: -3+ years of construction project management experience with references (Mandatory) We will not entertain resumes without references -Must understand material and labor costs -Is able to communicate with clients, managers, and our team very clearly and professionally -Has organizational skills -Ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects -Comfortable with construction software and reporting *Must have computer skills -Must be willing to drive around San Diego county Details: -Full-time role Compensation based on experience • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Gas card • Healthcare and dental benefits. • Opportunities for professional development and career growth. • Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.
