Notate when employees call out or are tardy. - Accurate reporting of field operations to office. - Attend all required meetings. - Perform manual work required (not a desk job). Experience, Certifications, and Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a foreman. - Be able to operate small equipment, including but not limited to drills, skid steer, circular saw, power trowels, compactor, laser, etc. - Required to obtain the following certifications during employment: OSHA 30, Skid Steer Operator, and CPR Certification. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must have a clean driving record and provide a 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
