$33/hr. to $39/hr. Depending on Experience We’re hiring a skilled Forklift Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of over 160 forklifts, ranging from small to large, powered by propane, battery, and internal combustion (IC) engines. Join our team in Indianapolis and keep our operations running smoothly! Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diverse forklift models (propane, electric, and IC engines). Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Conduct safety inspections to ensure equipment compliance. Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory. Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar role Own Hand-Tools Proficiency with schematics and diagnostic tools Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred OSHA forklift training or manufacturer certifications a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
