Equipment Operator (Tucson)

Looking for a self motivated mechanic to service our fleet of 12 cars. Flexible schedule. Will work around the right person. Need around 10-15 hours a week. Quiet 5000 sq foot shop, with all the tools you’d need, 2 lifts etc. Pay based on experience. $30-$35 an hour starting. Paid weekly or every few days if it really helps. Diesel experience a plus, but not necessary. We do have 4 diesel vehicles and 10 gas. Thanks!

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning to execution. Project Manager will work with General Building Contractor, Foreman/Superintendents, and communicate with clients. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and work well with people. RESPONSIBILITIES • Creates Project Schedules and drive deliverables. • Develop sand oversees all stages of project. • Responsible for tracking financial activities associated with project costs. Budgets vs. Actuals Spend and ability to report GPM per project. • Provide timely project status reports weekly with Senior Management. • Hire Subcontractors as needed for project. We are not opposed to using your own contacts as long as they are licensed/insured. • Pick-up materials, if needed. • Submits approved Estimates/Quotes to Accounting. • Approve project expenses for accounting team. • Schedules building permits and inspections as needed.
