We have a fleet that includes heavy duty sweeping trucks and parking lot sweepers, Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing oil changes, repairing tires, and have a strong background in automotive maintenance. Experience with diesel trucks is a plus. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality service. Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure proper vehicle functionality. Repair and replace tires, balancing and aligning wheels as necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle problems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate any third party contractor(s) as needed to stabilize an emergency situation at hand. 3. Immediately reports to Property Manager major emergency issues, and reports minor issues to the Manager the next business day. 4. Reviews as requested by the Property Manager work performance of outside contractors. 5. Interfaces with clients/residents on maintenance issues. 6. Provides assistance and support to the Property Manager in identifying maintenance issues and suggests when appropriate a course of action on repairs. 7. Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times. Reports back to the Property Manager any maintenance, safety, and resident issues that are seen during maintenance calls to the property. Scuff/roughen surfaces in between coats. • Color matching based off a control sample. • Check coverage of finishes as proceeding through the finishing process.
