Description

Do you take pride in accuracy, precision, and consistency? Does your ego get a kick when people call you an Expert? We’re looking for a craftsman of details — someone who thrives on structured systems, delivers flawless work, and knows that excellence comes from discipline. This isn't guesswork or cutting corners — it’s a commitment to quality that passes inspection the first time. If you’re methodical, deliberate, and uncompromising in your standards, this is where you’ll excel. Who We’re Looking For Accurate & precise — the kind of person who notices when a picture frame isn’t level. Deliberate & steady — like a chess player, you think three moves ahead before you act. Well-coordinated & dependable — the gear in the machine that keeps everything running smoothly. Structured & systematic — you treat procedures like blueprints and follow them without fail. Inflexible on quality — because for you, “close enough” is miles away from right. What You’ll Do Analyze roofing layouts and install systems (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal) with the precision of an engineer drawing schematics. Optimize crew workflow — steady as a metronome, keeping the entire team in sync. Forecast issues before they appear — like a pilot scanning the skies for turbulence before takeoff. Refine job site quality through safety and cleanliness — every site you leave looks like a showroom. Support efficiency by following procedures so exact they read like an instruction manual for excellence. Requirements (Non-Negotiables) Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing experience. Proficiency with multiple roofing materials (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal). Deep familiarity with safety protocols and clean work practices. Physically able to lift and carry 80+ lbs. Valid driver’s license — reliability starts long before the job site. Clean background and drug-free. U.S. citizen or valid work visa — no exceptions. What You’ll Get Health insurance. Paid time off and holidays. Housing assistance for qualified off-island relocation candidates. Year-round work with consistent project flow — no “dead season” waiting around. Access to modern tools and safety-focused, organized job sites — your workspace is your laboratory. Advancement opportunities based strictly on proven mastery — your results are your resume. Call to Action If you hold yourself to standards that never bend — this is where your discipline turns into mastery. This is your next move. How to Apply Apply at: http://roofingjob.probuilthi.com/?utm_source=craigslist&utm_medium=jobboard&utm_campaign=hiring&utm_content=job-post Select “Roofer”. Add your mobile number (we use SMS). Complete the required 5–10 minute questionnaire. ProBuilt Hawaii “Quality is our Tradition. Service is our Promise.”
