Construction Project Sales Representative

About the Role CAZ Construction is seeking a Construction Project Sales Representative with significant residential project estimation experience. This role is ideal for a driven professional who can combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to grow client relationships, estimate projects accurately, and help deliver successful new builds, remodels, and repairs. Our projects range from kitchen and bath remodels to full-home renovations, new construction, and excavation. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial consultation through contract signing and working closely with our team to ensure satisfaction, timelines, and budgets are consistently met. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Build and grow client relationships through community networking and outreach. • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve company growth goals. • Understand client needs, define project scopes, and prepare accurate estimates in partnership with the CAZ team. • Assist project managers from takeoff to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. • Interpret and estimate from blueprints and plans. • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, subcontractors, and team members. • Perform additional duties as needed to support project success. ________________________________________ Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in residential construction. • 5+ years of proven experience in project estimation. • High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication and organizational skills required. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 annually DOE • Schedule: Four-day work week • Time Off: 5 weeks paid time off • Healthcare: Employer-paid health insurance • Retirement: Employer-matched retirement program ________________________________________ About CAZ Construction Since 2013, CAZ Construction has partnered with homeowners and general contractors to design, build, remodel, and repair residential properties across Whatcom and Skagit counties.
