They work with light-gauge and load-bearing steel framing, mounting brackets, support rails, z-girts, and hat channels to assemble a sub framing system. They are also responsible for installing insulation and flashings within and around the sub framing. Lastly, they install the finish panels (fiber cement, terracotta, metal panel, or glass panel) to the sub framing system and caulk as needed to complete the assembly.
