The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our commercial properties are in top condition. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. We supply all tools, company van and materials. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs. Perform general maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical repairs, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Property Manager. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in a variety of maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects. Better than avererage diag skills are preferred, and smog repair license bumps you to the top of the payscale. Smog techs get a better starting pay. *COMPENSATION VARIES BASED ON EXPERIENCE* (ASE Certifications / Master Technician status, good Smog Repair license). GUARANTEED $35.00/hr. to start up to $50 before production bonus is added on. With the production bonus and normal Monday through Friday hours, my techs average mid to high $50's per hour. A hundred thousand dollars income is a reasonable expectation for a qualified smog tecch.
