ShareCandidate must have the ability to read and interpret civil and structural plans. Full-time concrete finisher for flat work architectural finish and curb and gutter. Applicant must be able to perform very high quality concrete finish work. The applicant must have a minimum 5 years of experience in concrete finish and form work. Must be a team player and be able to read the plans. Candidate will possess physical stamina and endurance to perform strenuous tasks throughout the day, spend hours on their feet and lift heavy materials or equipment. Qualifications: 5 years of finishing concrete and concrete form setting Basic hand tools, high skills using trowel, power trowels machines, Bull floats, Mag floats etc. The job of concrete finisher as described falls into the heavy work level and requires lifting up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis Frequently lifting carrying pushing and pulling Must have ability to read plans and specification and accurately implement. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively and keep the positive attitude with coworkers. Ability to use laser Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and respectfully Strong organizational skills with ability to lead Drug test mandatory Clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64.98 - $76.78 per hour/prevailing wage Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Concrete finishing: 5 years (Preferred) Concrete forming: 5 years (Preferred)
