Must be comfortable working with customers and have enough years experience in ones career and also in working with others to 100% run a crew independently. Should have a valid drivers license and clean record, be comfortable with ladders and power tools. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, neat and detail oriented, has a positive yet energetic and patient attitude with exception communication skills. Ideally can perform work with a high degree of independence. Its important to be organized and naturally helpful to be a good fit for this position. Need a handyman for 6-8 weeks, 30 hours per week (flexible) to help set up new home and move from existing house. Configure and install garage storage systems and shelving, build shelving, help install Starlink including penetrating sheathing of the house to feed cabling, cut and scribe and put down gym floor interlocking rubber tiles, install under-sink 14 stage water filtration system, build universal gym that is being shipped in crates, cut padding for rugs... the list is long... If you are a master craftsman with finish carpentry skills that would be a bonus too (build coiffured ceilings) but not expecting this, just mentioning. Contrarily, you need to be in physical shape and work hand in hand with me to lift and move many, many items from one house to the other. The moving company will do final leftover big furniture items, but we have many odd ball items that we want to move... like gym weight plates, exercise cycle, rugs. You need to be able to carry half (50%) hand in hand with me up and down stairs, through doorways. Retiree OK if you are in shape. I can use 24-30 hours per week for the next two months... $35/hour cash or more if you have proven carpentry skills. I’m looking for someone local to help with sewing for a new fitness training product. Current need: small quantities, done at your own home (hand sewing to start) Future potential: as production increases, we’ll need larger quantities and will transition to machine sewing. I have a machine available that will work well with this product. Growth opportunity: I’m looking for someone who would like to grow with us as production expands.
