You will join our team to install, repair, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including electrical panels, fire alarms, motor controls, and BMS systems. Installing power supply wiring and troubleshooting commercial types of electrical components. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of professional experience Journeyman Electrician Duties and Responsibilities • Respond to service calls quickly and within the expected time frame • Install coduit • Pull telflon wiring • Follow specifications on blueprints or technical drawings for installations • Perform routine maintenance on various systems as requested • Conduct all repairs and installations according to code • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of experience as an electrician; extensive experience in commercial • Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams and follow specifications • Solid working knowledge of commercial electrical systems • Valid driver's license • Must have your own set of tools and safety gear • Able to work independently • Excellent customer service skills

We are seeking a Shop Foreman with 10+ years of experience in architectural millwork or high-end fabrication to oversee daily production on our shop floor. This role is pivotal in connecting our design/engineering team with our skilled makers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Lead and manage shop staff, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress. -Oversee production schedules, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements. -Maintain strict quality control standards on all fabricated components before delivery/installation. -Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, collaborating with engineering and PM teams. -Ensure best fabricating practices, machine maintenance, and set safety guidelines. -Coordinate with operating manager, project managers, drafters, and CNC operators to align shop output with design intent. -Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff to strengthen the team’s skills and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS -10+ years of experience in architectural millwork, custom fabrication, or related field. -Proven leadership experience in a shop foreman, lead fabricator, or production manager role. -Deep knowledge of woodworking machinery, CNC equipment, and modern shop workflows. -Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans (Rhino/AutoCAD familiarity a plus). -Exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finish quality. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge or attitude for Project Management Software, specifically INNERGY.
