Maintenance Tech / Handyman Maintenance and repair skills required. Looking for Tech for busy facilities maintenance company with plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Detailed phone APP knowledge and computer skills required. Reliable vehicle and your own tools are also required. The Installation technician will be responsible for refacing cabinets, assembling and installing various new cabinets, as well as performing repair work as needed. The ideal candidate will have a background in cabinet refacing with a minimum of 2 years consecutive/verifiable work history in kitchen cabinet refacing, possess excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrate good communication skills, possess reliable transportation and all necessary tools and be able to work independently.
