Responsibilities: • Assemble and install truck bodies, equipment and accessories on light duty trucks. • Assemble and install snow plows on light duty trucks. Qualifications: • Truck body and/or snow plow installation experience, preferred. • Some welding / cutting experience, preferred. • Must have some basic mechanic hand tools. • Some working vehicle knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, preferred. • Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record. • Demonstrate ability to work independently and follow detailed written instructions. • Able to lift and move approximately 35 pounds, with appropriate assistance. Year round job, full-time, with flexible weekday hours and opportunity for OT and Bonus Work. Paid holidays, vacation time, medical/dental/vision & company matching 401k. The right candidate for this position will be able to work well with others and individually on projects and accept instruction from ownership where needed. This position requires traveling 2 to 4 days a week all over the pacific Northwest.. RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of ownership the Installer will be in charge of all aspects related to installation, perform a variety of tasks including scheduling, loading, communication with accounts and helping oversee all aspects relating to installing. Applicant should have working knowledge of table saw, line boring machine, and a variety of hand tools, impact drill, sanders, routers, etc. This position may require you to operate a company vehicle where you will need to have a clean driving record and experience pulling a trailer. Installers often work nights with travel away from Bend several days a week. Experience is preferred but not required. This could be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. And an excellent position for an experienced cabinet maker or installer to display their skills! Must be reliable and able arrive to work on time, follow directions, take accurate measurements, follow all safety protocols, and complete tasks within established deadlines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Frequent lifting from 5-75lbs, unassisted (from 35-65% of the time) • Occasional lifting from 5-150lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time) • Frequent operation of various types of tools and other shop machinery • Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling • Sustained periods of occupational noise exposure This is a FULL-TIME position Monday through Thursday, 10+ hour shifts, with the occasional need to work other days of the week as installation demands require.
