ShareLAND SURVEYOR APPRENTICE wanted for local long time established firm located in Warminster, PA. No experience needed. An opportunity like this only comes around once in a while. Work outside for about 80% of the year and inside in inclement weather. Full time employment position, needed Instrument Man for small survey firm. Experience a plus, however, willing to train. Responsibilities will include: • How to setup a total station. • Ability to run a traverse closure that exceeds minimum standards with current equipment. • Able to collect field data/evidence from the instrument and/or prism pole. • Operate the survey total station and level instruments. • Record survey data in field books. • Maintain all survey equipment. • Assist party chief with survey files and field calculations. We do a high volume of Residential and Commercial Boundary Surveys (ALTA, Boundary Stakeout, Construction Stakeout, As-Built, Topography, Perc Testing, Flood Elevation, etc.). Job also includes courthouse & online research and record keeping.
