We are growing in all areas of Northern California and looking to add a skilled Handyman to our ranks. Will need to have proven skills in all areas of construction and handyman type work. As a Technician you will be working on bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall, painting, flooring, roof repairs, siding, and small framing jobs. Also, you will need to have basic knowledge or minor electrical and plumbing repairs, lighting repairs, smoke detector installs. Need to have advanced tool knowledge, know how to read and understand plans, be proficiant in paperwork and invoicing. You will need to be able to work alone with not a lot of supervision, or with a group under the direction of a project manager. Technician will need to pass A DMVR, have his own truck or work van, provide his own tools and have a clean appearance due to being around customers daily. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Other duties as required Requirements Background Check and Drug screening required Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record.
