Duties and Responsibilities:  Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.  Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.  Follow building plans and blueprints.  Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.  Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.  Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.  Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.  Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.  Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.  Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.  Successful candidate will be measured on the performance matrix and expected to perform up to and exceed the standards attached to employee performance to goal expectations.  Perform tasks as directed by the Lead Plumber or Plumbing Supervisor. Job Qualifications:  2+ years of professional plumbing experience.  High school diploma or GED certificate.  Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred.  Valid state plumbing license.  Able to read technical designs and blueprints.  Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.  Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems.  Available to work on call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies. Job Description: As a Site Superintendent and Lead Carpenter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects.
