You are responsible for the setup and breakdown of the dining room, serving each guest table, bussing and then resetting all tables. Upkeep includes mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining general organization of dining room and pantry.  As the ideal candidate, you should be flexible and be able to commit to 12-20 hours per week. The position is staffed Sept through November.
