We’re looking for a Truck Upfitting & Fabrication Technician to join our fabrication department. This is a hands-on shop position where you’ll be fabricating and installing custom equipment, wiring electrical systems, and keeping our trucks ready for any job. Responsibilities • Fabricate custom truck accessories (ladder racks, vice stands, storage solutions, etc.) • Operate shop equipment: ironworker, press brake, plasma table, bandsaw • Wire and install GPS units, strobe/flood/tail lights, and other 12V components • Install inverters, fuel transfer pumps, air compressors, and hose reels • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards • Work with the team to problem-solve and complete projects on time Qualifications Required: • Fabrication or metalworking experience • Basic wiring/electrical knowledge (12V systems) • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness Preferred: • MIG welding experience • Previous fleet/truck upfitting experience

You may provide direct services to individuals in their own homes or in their natural family homes. Direct Support Professionals will provide supports as outlined in the individual’s plan of care utilizing approved interventions. This includes safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement. Direct Support Professionals will maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served. Direct Support Professionals will engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
