In this role, you will support the center in various tasks. Your responsibilities will include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules including but not limited to classrooms, office areas, bathrooms, storage areas, outdoor playgrounds, and entrances. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, classrooms, and other common areas. Complete routine trash removal. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving of cleaning supplies. Maintain positive relationships with children, staff and parents, and communicate effectively with all members of the team. Attend and participate in professional development and training sessions as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must be able to pass a background check. Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus. Requirements Desired Skills & Experience  Candidates must have proven experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects. Candidates must have the following: Minimum 5 years strong project/program management experience managing multiple work streams. Consulting experience with integration activities across several functional areas is desired and should include any of the following: operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources exposure. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives.
