We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support Domyn leadership in North America. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between technical teams and business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Domyn leadership in the US, including but not limited to the SVP of Financial Services Solutions and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Serve as a liaison to internal/external stakeholders on behalf of Domyn leadership, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel itineraries, and executive outreach as needed. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of strategic priorities while anticipating needs and proactively managing shifting priorities.
