Pick up and deliver packages, parts or mail to the facility and run errands for the facility. Drive defensively and comply with all motor vehicle laws. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle. Recommend repairs/maintenance work to management. Ensure registration and license tag are current. Ensure all occupants wear seatbelts. Child restraint seats must be used in accordance with local law. Pick-up and deliver company owned vehicles to dealerships and auctions. Ensure that vehicles are delivered in the same condition they were received and deliver necessary paperwork and key to appropriate personnel. Obtain proper paperwork and keys from selling party and return to General Manager. Ensure Sign off form is completed and maintain procession of dealer plate and return to General Manager. Turn in expense report and receipts in a timely manager to General Manager. Notify General Manager about any incidents including speeding tickets, light obstructions, etc. Notify General Manager about all drivability issues and damage to vehicle. Complete all training as directed by supervisor. Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Should be knowledgeable about the area or town. Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record. The After Care Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of the after-school program for students in Early Childhood through 8th grade, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment aligned with the mission of SHA. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create meaningful afterschool programming. Hours are 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday; Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Supervision Plan, organize, and oversee daily after care activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging for EC–8 students. Supervise, train, and support after care staff and vendors, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios at all times. Coordinate enrichment programs, including partnerships with outside vendors (e.g., art, sports, drama, STEM). Coordinating with Principal and EC Director dates, activities, with already established afterschool programs such as sports and afterschool Judaic Studies Learning (Mishmar and Mishna classes). Student Care & Engagement Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students. Promote positive behavior management aligned with school values and policies. Support homework time for older students, offering guidance and assistance as needed. Provide opportunities for free play, structured activities, and social interaction. Operational Management Create and manage the after care schedule, including daily routines and special events. Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures, and payments. Communicate effectively with families regarding schedules, behavior concerns, and program updates. Collaborate with school leadership on budget, staffing needs, and program improvements. Monitor and maintain after care supplies, snacks, and materials. Community & Culture Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff to strengthen the sense of community. Serve as a role model for respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with children in a school or enrichment setting, with prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of child development and best practices for engaging EC–8 students. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Commitment to the mission and values of a Jewish day school; familiarity with Jewish traditions and holidays a plus. First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date). Physical Requirements Ability to supervise children both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. What the Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician role looks like: Perform onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs to Class 6-8 trucks in a mobile/field environment.  Perform Emergency Road Service Calls.  Respond to call center dispatched scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance requests.  Diagnose and repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Power steering systems, Engines (gas and diesel), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.  Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.  Use basic hand tools, precision instruments, as well as power tools, welding equipment, and jacks.  Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.  Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most standard repair times.  Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performed.  Maintain company issued service truck, conduct safety checks and pre/post trip inspections.  Perform other duties as assigned. What our ideal candidate looks like: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.  Proficiency in DOT inspections and air brake repairs.  Excellent verbal communication skills.
