As a member of our crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Manage guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
