Description

The Project Coordinator at our Annandale, NJ office will report directly to Green Power Energy’s Director of Operations. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for putting together and reviewing engineered plansets for mainly residential solar projects.  No prior experience is required for the role, however we are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor in Science degree . The candidate must be willing to take on a wide range of tasks which could vary from administrative to project management during this very busy season where all hands are needed on deck. Salary range depending on experience, $45k-52k annually. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Science Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Must be motivated and ready to work in a fast paced environment Comfortable with taking instructions and following tasks to completion Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects Ability to work within a team environment and provide back-up support to other Project Coordinators and Managers as needed Maturity to handle confidential issues and communicate effectively with team members and Senior Executives Handle customer concerns with care and a positive attitude In office, 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities: Develop approved layouts into construction plans by reviewing site surveys and uploading engineering synopses to our online platform Review and approve engineering plans to confirm they are correct Make notes for permitting and install team for special case scenarios discovered while working on the project Assist in scheduling site surveys or final inspections Apply for zoning and town permits and mail checks for permit fees Assist in acquiring certificate of approvals from towns  Fill out part 2 interconnection applications when volume dictates the need Send customer documents using Docusign envelopes Assist in all other areas of the solar approval process where the demand is needed Update customers on the progress of their applications Follow up with local municipalities on the status of applications and utility releases  Check and handle the correspondence of emails in a timely manner Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls to colleagues accordingly Communicate with our customers via phone and email in a professional manner Provide data entry support and maintain the company’s CRM daily Assist with training other employees as needed Benefits W-2 Employee Retirement Plan (401k) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)

POSITION PURPOSE Under general supervision of the Administrative Director of Laboratory, the Phlebotomist is responsible for collection, reception and distribution of specimens. Performs various clerical duties including reporting and client supplies distribution, performing limited specimen analysis as trained, under the direction of the Pathologist and Laboratory Director.
