About the Role The Program Manager – Specialty Programs & Clinical Integration is a strategic leader responsible for driving high-impact initiatives that advance Atria’s specialty care delivery, streamline clinical operations, and align programs with enterprise-wide priorities. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and strategic execution—leading efforts that improve outcomes, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value. The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of cross-specialty programs, from concept and design through implementation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
