The Player’s Assistant will be the first point of contact with students both in-person and on the phone.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be focused on providing a great customer experience, and will work closely with all members of the GOLFTEC team. This is a great position for someone who is looking to enter the golf industry, and for someone who is eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the Center Manage the schedule book for the GOLFTEC Center by helping students to the proper location for their appointments Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, assisting with booking golf lessons, club fittings, and practice sessions Provide basic and accurate information of GOLFTEC’s services both in-person and via phone/email Work closely with other GOLFTEC Coaches to help with booking and completing transactions Ensure the professional presentation of the GOLFTETC Center  Must be able to lift ~40 lbs Requirements A proven track record of providing excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in email communication Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Professional attitude and a passion for golf Benefits At GOLFTEC, we value work-life balance.  GOLFTEC Player Assistants work a set schedule, receive two days off per week, one being a weekend day Seven (7) paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day All Player Assistants accrue paid Personal Time Off and are also awarded Personal Days which can be used to take time off from normally scheduled workdays Health Insurance (Company pays 50% of individual & family) 401(k) Plan available with employer match Short-Term Disability (paid for by employer) Dental and Vision Benefits available Annual clothing allotment Complimentary golf lessons and practice time in a GOLFTEC Center
