Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is a flexible, as-needed position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while having control over their schedule. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments tailored to individual patient needs. Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Document patient progress in accordance with state, federal, and company guidelines. Provide an exceptional patient experience that reflects our mission and values. Requirements What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma. Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset. Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed (weekdays NO weekends).
