The Opportunity The Executive Assistant supports one or more consultants by providing ongoing assistance in all aspects of client engagements and playing an ownership role in the oversight of administrative tasks. The role requires an individual capable of planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and clients in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Executive Assistant must proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans on a regular basis.   The successful candidate will be highly flexible, a strong multitasker on many levels and relish the variety and unpredictability of juggling multiple projects and changing priorities. The Executive Assistant is expected to feel a sense of ownership and involvement in the process, so as to be able to stage-manage all the elements that come together in a successful mandate. The Executive Assistant must ensure discreet handling of all interactions with clients, candidates, etc. What You’ll Do Administrative Arrange all scheduling, including but not limited to, candidate meetings and interviews, client meetings and interviews, business development meetings, assignment related meetings, internal meetings, video conferencing, etc. Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings/calls as needed. Arrange and coordinate complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for both consultants and candidates. Compile documents for travel-related meetings. Process expense reimbursements for consultants and candidates. Compose, prepare, and edit confidential correspondence. Perform additional administrative support activities, including but not limited to, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, event planning, and other ad-hoc projects as requested. Ensure that our global database is up-to-date and accurate; including but not limited to, all client/internal documents, client/candidate information, notes, emails, and appointments. Hold additional office/reception responsibilities as needed to ensure the office is operating smoothly. Provides ad-hoc support to other Executive Assistants when requested to assist with work overflow as capacity allows, and as determined by Regional Administration Manager. Search Coordination Serve as client and candidate liaison assisting consultant in maintenance of daily search activities. Acts as the single point of contact for all key logistics matters. Communicate directly, and on behalf of the consultant, on client, candidate, and internal mandates. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the consultant and external/internal team members. Take a proactive approach to assist with various client needs during a consultant’s absence. Work closely and effectively with consultant and research stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and client and candidate needs are served. Produce high quality client and candidate deliverables, ensuring completion within designated timeframes. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on time-sensitive projects to successful completion. Assist accounting department with billing, client invoicing, and receivables. Build positive relationships and interface regularly with high-level executive candidates (Fortune 500 client executives & candidates) involved in highly confidential projects.   Business Development In partnership with the Consultant, create and own the process to drive the Consultant’s business development strategy. Collaborate with consultant, research and others on the team in the production of high quality marketing presentations and materials and holds responsibility for the finalization of materials for pitches and events. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred A minimum of 5 years’ experience serving in an administrative function, ideally within a professional services firm. Organized multi-tasker: able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role. Trinetix is seeking technical-savvy Senior PL SQL Developer to support projects focused on healthcare data systems, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes, and data-driven automation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of claims data, industry-standard data formats (e.g., 837/835), and the broader healthcare data ecosystem.  The ideal candidate is technology-sound, technically skilled, adaptable, and capable of working across systems to analyze trends, identify process gaps, and help implement databases, datamarts and data storage, reporting solutions in healthcare operations.  Core responsibilities   Lead design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle (11g/12c/19c).  Participate in and drive data analysis, modeling, and database design discussions aligned with business requirements in healthcare and claims management.  Design scalable backend database logic (for e.g. for clinical, billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and patient data workflows). Demonstrate and leverage strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer IDE. Translate business needs into technical solutions using SQL and PL/SQL, working closely with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams. Support all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures, as well as Database Replication, Database performance tuning and execution plan analysis. Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects.  Develop and maintain ETL logic and data transformation pipelines using PL/SQL or Oracle tools for data integration from various healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, Claims, RCM).  Lead peer reviews of SQL and PL/SQL code and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.  Support data quality, data lineage, and data governance efforts across clinical and financial systems.  Writing efficient and optimized queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages. Requirements Requirements  7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. A good knowledge and experience working with Oracle or SQL Server is required. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer IDE. A good knowledge of physical database design is preferred. Ability to proactively perform Oracle/SQL Server recovery scenarios and operating system performance monitoring. Good skills in various Database monitoring tools. Experience with Cross Database Replication (Eg. Golden Gate) product is preferred. Proficiency in writing basic to moderately complex SQL and PL/SQL code, data querying (SQL) as well as reporting, data extractions etc. Experience with other database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with data analysis and data troubleshooting. Experience working with relational data models and normalized schemas. Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy and compliance regulations.  Nice-to-haves  Experience and knowledge in migrating code, database changes and data through the various stages of the development life cycle.  Prior exposure to domains like encounters, long term care, renal care, chronic disease management, patient analytics, population health management, medication management, or clinical quality reporting datasets is preferred.  Familiarity with ETL tools (Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica etc.) Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Star/Snowflake schemas and Exposure to HL7/FHIR data standards  Experience with Cloud databases (Oracle Cloud, Azure SQL, AWS RDS). Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.  A good knowledge of physical database design is prefered. Oracle PL/SQL Developer certification (preferred). TGA Premier Sports runs a national sports enrichment program that specializes in at-school after school Tennis or Golf enrichment classes for elementary school students in the Wake County area. All enrichment classes take place on school campuses during the after school time period, usually starting between 2:00pm-5:00pm, and lasting 1 - 2 hours.
