Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work 2nd shift hours (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
