The Role As Member Operations Support, you’ll be at the forefront of our arrival experience. This role blends elements of security, door host, and front desk support — but with a focus on hospitality and ease, not administration. You’ll be the first face our members and guests see, ensuring that entering the Terrace feels seamless, secure, and warm. Your mission is simple: create an atmosphere of effortless welcome, manage guest flow, and make every member feel seen and valued. Arrival Experience: Greet all members and guests with warmth, ensuring swift and seamless entry to the Terrace. Guest Flow Management: Oversee entry points and access, balancing hospitality with security awareness. Door Presence: Maintain a professional, approachable presence at the entry — offering assistance, directions, and recognition to members. Member & Guest Relations: Build authentic connections by remembering names, preferences, and fostering a sense of belonging. Support & Coordination: Partner closely with front desk, service, and security teams to ensure smooth communication and flow. Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment while encouraging teamwork across departments. The Ideal Candidate has: You thrive in people-facing roles and enjoy creating welcoming experiences. Comfortable balancing hospitality with situational awareness and professionalism. Reliable, approachable, and adaptable in dynamic environments. Strong communicator who collaborates well with different teams.
