Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Pay Range: $37-$42 per hour with overtime opportunities. As a growing and established company, we are seeking a dedicated Regional Account Manager. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth within the designated region. This role involves creating strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service to meet our clients' needs. In addition, the Account Manager will actively participate in customer meetings and presentations, attend trade shows, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize our offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and nurture relationships with stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Monitor market trends and competitors within the region. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports detailing regional performance. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
