What You’ll Do As a club leader at Veritas Prep you’ll help continue to build a strong extracurricular program, developing extracurricular programs and supporting our students in the areas of knowledge, unique skills, teamwork, leadership, and social and emotional growth. It is shown that students who participate in extracurricular activities feel a better sense of belonging and community and your willingness to support the extracurricular program is appreciated. You’ll also: Help students develop positive attitudes while promoting and teaching unique skills, leadership, and teamwork. Develop a thorough knowledge of all the extracurricular policies approved by Veritas Prep High School, including state and league regulations. Attend public/staff/departmental meetings when required. Coordinate with maintenance and school employees and provide proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment and facilities. Monitor students' grades and conduct. FLAGGER OPPORTUNITIES AHEAD: Upcoming Projects DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is preparing for several exciting upcoming projects, and we are building a qualified pool of FLAGGERS to be ready once these opportunities begin. We are seeking individuals with proven traffic control experience who are attentive to safety, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
