Managing funeral home operations, including staffing and overseeing the daily workflow. Maintaining and updating pertinent records and documentation related to funerals and services. Providing grief support resources to families, offering guidance and assistance tailored to their needs. Requirements Valid funeral director license in the state of practice. Bachelor’s degree in funeral service or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience in a funeral home or related consumer services field is an advantage.
