The Bradley Center is excited to announce that our Outpatient Program is growing! We are looking for confident licensed and non-licensed therapists who have the ability to assess, plan, and provide compassionate therapy to those we serve. Therapists manage their caseloads and function independently, while also collaborating with others in a team-based approach to treatment. All activities are in accordance with outpatient regulations, The Joint Commission standards and The Sanctuary Model philosophy. This position is specific to School Based Mental Health Services throughout several school districts in Washington County.  Qualifications best suited for the position: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy Ability to build rapport quickly Effective listening, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a staff accountant to join our team as we expand. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in our fast-paced, multi-product company by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational accounting, and driving process improvements. This position requires hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and a passion for thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations using Sage Intacct, including journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash management. Support month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders. Prepare financial statements and assist with variance and trend analysis to support business decisions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate accounting data from software, SaaS, ticketing, event delivery, sports travel. (as relevant in sports tech). Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain documentation for audits and compliance. Identify process improvement opportunities in a high-growth, flexible environment. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally with direct experience in startups or technology companies. Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality; ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Preferred Experience and Attributes Passion for sports and an interest in software, technology and AI. Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment, or high-growth company setting. Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across remote and on-site teams. Familiarity with ticketing, SaaS, and/or transaction-based revenue models. Location This role is based at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
