About the role We are seeking a results-oriented and motivational Sales Manager in our Call Center in Greenville, SC to lead our high-performing sales team in driving patient acquisition and service enrollments in a rapidly growing Telehealth environment. This role is responsible for managing both onsite and remote Sales Representatives, optimizing conversion workflows, and ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience for prospective patients. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or subscription-based services, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
