Adhere to all company policies and industry regulation/standard(s) (OSHA) at all times. -Must have knowledge of basic hand tools -Availability is very important! -Attend training sessions and participate in certification programs as necessary -Ability to take direction and learn from experience; learn about hazards that you may encounter at tower sites (example: RF radiation). -Effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and customers.
