Responsibilities and Duties OCT currently has an opening for a Program Manager (1099 hire, Part-time, approximately 740 hours per year) to work with our federal client.The position is primarily on-site in Falls Church, VA, although telework arrangements may be considered.  This position is contingent upon contract award.
