Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work. We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze. About This Role: We help brands unlock the full potential of their customer engagement strategies by putting Braze at the center of the Martech stack. For many of our retail and quick service restaurant (QSR) clients, loyalty is a cornerstone of growth and the future of loyalty is flexible, data-driven, and deeply integrated. That’s why Stitch has partnered with Talon. One, a composable loyalty and promotions platform built for marketers. As a Loyalty Strategist at Stitch, you’ll be the go-to expert helping brands design, optimize, and scale loyalty programs that integrate seamlessly with Braze. You’ll pair loyalty strategy expertise with lifecycle marketing know-how to help clients strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive long-term value. While our technical consultants handle the implementation and configuration, you’ll focus on the strategic side by shaping loyalty use cases, campaign design, and best practices to make loyalty work harder for our clients. This is a new role at Stitch, and you’ll help shape what loyalty strategy means inside our consultancy as we continue to grow. What You’ll Do Combine visionary storytelling with analytical rigor, maintain a test-and-learn orientation, and prioritize commercial ROI. Analyze campaign/channel metrics and partner with analytics teams to design tests, recommend data-driven improvements, and identify quick-win optimizations. Partner with clients to understand their customer engagement goals and translate them into scalable loyalty strategies. Design and refine loyalty programs using Talon. One and Braze, ensuring they’re powered by zero- and first-party data and built for real-time personalization. Collaborate with technical consultants to align loyalty strategy with implementation, ensuring seamless integration into existing Martech stacks. Develop campaign playbooks and frameworks for flexible promotions, real-time messaging, and long-term lifecycle marketing. Lead client workshops and strategy sessions on loyalty best practices, campaign ideation, and performance optimization. Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to Stitch’s thought leadership on loyalty and lifecycle marketing. Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leaders and client stakeholders. Hands-on knowledge of Braze and marketing automation platforms; comfortable in fast-paced consulting environments, proactive in surfacing insights, and adept at managing multiple priorities. Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic discussions with a high level of engagement What Does Success Look Like In This Role? Clients view you as a trusted advisor who can take loyalty from theory to execution, showing measurable lifts in retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. You work seamlessly with technical consultants, delivery teams, and client partners to ensure loyalty strategy is not only creative but also executable. You identify new opportunities for Stitch to expand our work with clients by connecting loyalty strategy to broader customer engagement goals. You bring new ideas and frameworks that keep our clients’ programs ahead of the curve, leveraging composable architecture and no-code agility. You contribute to Stitch’s reputation as the go-to consultancy for Braze-centered loyalty and customer engagement by sharing insights internally and externally. You show up to every meeting with our clients and other Stitchers prepared and engaged. Every point of communication - Slack, email, Zoom meeting, or in-person meeting - is an opportunity to impress our clients. You are responsive and work with a sense of urgency. You manage your weekly schedule well to consistently meet Stitch’s broader quarterly billable targets. You’ll be juggling a variety of activities during the week including heads-down work, client meetings, Stitch office hours, pursuing certifications, and time-tracking. You may work with multiple clients at one time. Being intentional about organizing your schedule each week will help you feel prepared for the context-switching that consulting involves.
