About Us: Since our inception in Gainesville, FL, in 1998, O2B Kids has grown to have numerous locations across Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Alabama, and many more states! We believe in fostering a fun and supportive environment for our staff and children alike. Responsibilities: Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of licensing requirements across all O2B locations Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures Assist with the preparation of legal documents and related transactional documents Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and licensing standards Act as a friendly liaison between regulatory bodies and O2B Kids Prepare regulatory filings in support of new acqusitions Support the acquisition closing process Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing and compliance Have fun!
