As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and retrieving medical records for special projects, while ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further medical records management or a related field is a plus Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical records or a similar administrative role Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of HIPAA regulations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with medical records software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong ethical standards and respect for the confidentiality of the records Bilingual in Spanish required. Cleaners Needed from 8PM to 12:30 AM Sunday night to Friday night for a total of 27 hours per week. Cleaners will be responsible for trash removal, moping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc. It is recommended that you have commercial cleaning experience but not required. Please respond with your past commercial cleaning experience if you have any. This will help you if you send a description of experience. PAY INCREASES TO $20.05 JANUARY 1ST. Cleaners needed Monday through Friday 5PM to 9PM for a total of 20 hours per week. It is recommended that you have commercial cleaning experience.
