To lead the manufacturing cell in reaching output requirements through the efficient use of provided resources by following documented processes.  Support the key operating principles of Safety, OPEX, our lean journey, continuous improvement of our employee’s, our process, and our product.  Maintain a high standard of Quality in meeting our customer expectations. Attend both SWAT and Pre-production meeting, coordinate ECO completion as required. ·         Interface with other cells and departments i.e. – Engineering, the Material group and Human Resources in order to resolve issues affecting the performance of the cell or the condition of the product, all in an effort to support build in station requirements. ·         Daily report out of the condition of the cell, including out of station hour utilizing live bus and the dispatch, unexpected issue and delays, bus move status and recovery plan including overtime as required.  ·         The management of personnel issues, conduct daily Stand-Up Meetings, respond quickly to all employees’ concerns, document and conduct employees’ reviews on time, maintain employee time and attendance records, conduct discipline meeting as required, maintain a visual vacation schedule in the cell, support training needs and requirements.
