Applicants must be willing to joining the Local 46 /9109 within 4 months of hire. Qualifications and Traits of a Mark III Electrician: Current State of California license as ET or JW Excellent knowledge of NEC Experience working in a commercial setting Able to work with little supervision Dependable with reliable transportation Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules Understands the entire scope of the job Able to manage portions of projects and be the “right hand” to the Foreman Capable of forecasting tasks and materials Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations Capable of doing basic take offs Able to prepare equipment and tool lists Experience working on large complex projects Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient Safety focused at all times Possess leadership and mentorship skills Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset Brand Ambassador for Mark III Construction Physical Demands of posted job: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
