Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
