This position will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, working collaboratively across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all government statutory regulations. What You Will Do Support the Finance Business Partner on various aspects of the North American business Ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and resolution of queries Oversee the general ledger of the regional entities and maintain effective financial controls and policies Partner with regional teams on annual budget planning and provide relevant inputs Work on key financial areas and reporting including cash flow, fixed assets, and payroll Audit accounts receivable and payable functions Prepare working papers for direct and indirect tax reporting Collaborate with colleagues and all levels of the organization to share information effectively Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver ongoing benefits Present a positive and professional image of the company in all contacts and relationships What You Need to be Successful Certified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar role for at least 3 years Experience with accounting and financial systems, such as Hyperion or SYSPRO Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Previous experience in Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, develop policies, and implement systems and procedures Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information and support others in accounting processes Experience working across multiple time zones is desirable Ability to travel international up to 5% Benefits Competitive compensation and benefit package. 401(k) plan with company match. In this position, you will complete tasks to support our team and ensure they have the materials required to meet the production schedule and keep work flowing. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will ensure a safe working environment, manage outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintain accurate cycle counts and material handling. Our ideal candidate has some knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and handling and experience in customer service and purchasing. Responsibilities: • Receive shipments, and verify correct quantities to shipping documents • Accurately record shipment information in the company system • Report shipment discrepancies and issues to the Customer Service Manager • Accurately fill orders using shelf inventory and safely package materials for shipping • Utilize third-party logistics software to generate shipments • Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand carts to move materials • Appropriately store materials in the correct warehouse locations • Perform inventory counts, identify, and record discrepancies • Work with internal departments to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid driver’s license • 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, or receiving • Understanding inventory management is desirable • Able to work with little to no supervision to complete assigned tasks • Good written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment • Undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations and successfully pass a drug screening   Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO
