Responsibilities Review and set up of federal government contracts into Deltek Costpoint contracts & accounting software system Billing and reporting of Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M federal government contracts Monitor contract performance Preparation of government compliance support schedules General ledger and job cost ledger reconciliations Support annual Incurred Cost and Provisional Billing Rate submissions Support audit activities with the customer, DCAA, and/or DCMA Implement automation of accounting operations Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting courses Must be a U.S. Citizen At least 2 years of progressive experience with federal government contract accounting including indirect rate analysis Experience billing Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M payments in a government contracting environment Working knowledge and understanding of the FAR, DFAR and CAS guidelines/procedures Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Detail oriented Good verbal and written communication skills Experience using Deltek Costpoint preferred *Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment. Have you witnessed the need?   Have you noticed that faith communities and social service providers tend to operate in silos due to a lack of trust, connectedness, information sharing and/or opportunities for meaningful dialogue?  Have seen the need for greater cross-sector collaboration between faith communities, social service providers and civic leaders?  Have you noticed the potential for strengthening communities that come from these different groups working together rather than separately?     Do you have a unique calling?   Do you feel inspired to strengthen the collective efforts of individuals and institutions to improve the overall health of our region?  Do you sense a call to create brave spaces that allow every person to bring their whole selves to the conversation and work together to address community needs that would otherwise go unmet?    What are your unique tasks?   The Multi-Faith Coalition Coordinator leads a team of volunteers representing faith communities, human services organizations, and Montgomery County government.  The person serving in this role works to support the coalition in carrying out its mission to cultivate trust and collaboration between people from diverse faith communities and service organizations by acting as a convener to promote dialogue and resource sharing for the common good. The Coordinator will work to inspire the Coalition to reach its vision that one day, every faith community in Montgomery County will have equitable access to the partners, information and resources they need to meaningfully contribute to the public health of our region.  In furthering the Coalition’s mission to meet and vision, the Coordinator will oversee the work of specific projects as well as of the Coalition’s committees (i.e., Faith Dialogue Committee, Resource Sharing Committee and Outreach and Event Planning Committee).  Work Schedule: Approx. 5-8 hours per week. Days and times are dependent on coalition needs.  Work Location: Hybrid, with in person attendance of required meetings and Multi-Faith Coalition events.
