WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO 10+ years of creative/ design leadership experience in both consumer and healthcare/medical marketing. Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling creative teams. Portfolio showcasing breakthrough storytelling across digital, social, retail, and B2B channels. Hands-on creative expertise with ability to set strategic vision and execute directly. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creators, with strong judgment on in-house vs. outsourced work. Experience with FDA regulations and medical device/food advertising compliance strongly preferred but not required.   Experience and understanding of clinical vs. consumer messaging and healthcare professional communication standards, strongly preferred but not required.    Skilled in creative operations — implementing systems, tools, and processes for speed and consistency. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.
