Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Career Services Associate to provide strategic career guidance and build strong employer partnerships in the healthcare sector. This role supports student success across our programs by facilitating resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking opportunities. You will serve as a vital connector between students, alumni, faculty, and healthcare employers—fostering professional growth and ensuring graduates are career-ready. Essential Functions: Deliver one-on-one and group coaching in resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies tailored to healthcare careers. Engage with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare employers to identify and develop job and externship opportunities. Assist students and graduates in finding employment opportunities aligned with licensure and career goals. Stay informed on employment trends, credentialing requirements, and evolving needs within the healthcare job market. Plan and coordinate healthcare-specific career fairs, employer panels, workshops, and networking events. Work closely with faculty and academic leadership to integrate career development into program curricula. Track career services engagement, job placements, and alumni outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement. Develop and disseminate targeted resources such as job search guides, industry-specific resume templates, and interview preparation tools. Attend workshops and trainings to stay current in best practices for career services in higher education and healthcare. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the department and institutional mission. Qualifications & Requirements: Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and time management abilities. $21.00 - $24.00/hr. (Compensation is dependent upon education and experience). Preferred: Experience in career services, advising, or student services, ideally in higher education or healthcare. Knowledge of healthcare licensure pathways and industry expectations. Familiarity with healthcare-specific job search strategies and employer relations. Experience with job placement metrics, database systems, or career tracking platforms. Position Overview The Scheduler develops and maintains project schedules with the construction project team. Curology is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations—covering procurement, planning, manufacturing partnerships, distribution, and logistics—while ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant delivery of our products. This leader will embed a culture of regulatory excellence, bringing deep experience in OTC, FDA, and other regulatory frameworks, along with the adaptability and hands-on approach needed in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Partnering closely with our lab, pharmacy, inventory, and fulfillment teams, the VP will manage a network of suppliers, drive customer service, optimize inventory and total supply chain costs, and monitor performance metrics to guide continuous improvement. What you'll do: Build and scale a high-performing supply chain team across planning, inventory, transportation, procurement, and business systems to optimize productivity and support company growth.
