About the role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction General Foreman. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced operator and supervisor who thrives in dynamic environments and has a strong commitment to safety, quality, and crew development. Job Duties: Supervise and lead a crew of 2-6 workers on excavation and grading projects. Oversee daily earthwork operations including trenching, backfilling, grading, and compaction. Interpret blueprints, site plans, and elevation drawings to execute project specifications. Schedule tasks, equipment usage, and material deliveries to meet deadlines and productivity goals. Operate and supervise use of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors. Train crew on safe operation, maintenance procedures, and production targets. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Monitor soil conditions and compaction standards for each job site. Maintain accurate daily logs, approve timesheets, and track production. Inspect equipment regularly for safe and efficient operation; schedule and report maintenance needs. Foster a collaborative, productive team environment and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel. Requirements Professional Skills: 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in earthwork/grading operations Proven experience in excavation, site prep, trenching, wet/dry utility installation, concrete placing, and rough/finish grading. Strong understanding of site plans, GPS grading systems, and elevation reading. Ability to manage heavy equipment operations and conduct safety inspections. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid driver's license required; CDL required. Position Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a critical member of the OptiTrack Facilities team, responsible for maintaining the campus and supporting manufacturing operations.
