We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for leading our housekeeping department to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural leader, and someone who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests. Requirements Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily operations Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met Coordinate daily room assignments and track progress through the PMS/housekeeping board Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies Step in to clean rooms or public spaces as needed to support the team Communicate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and management to address guest requests and operational needs Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation policies Coach staff on performance and assist management in evaluations and improvement plans when needed Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping in a hotel or hospitality environment (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and accountability Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols Reliable, professional, and guest-service oriented Benefits What We Offer Competitive pay: $20 – $22 per hour based on experience Full-time hours with consistent scheduling Opportunities for growth within Hotel Royal Oak A fun, supportive, and energetic workplace culture Accrued PTO
